1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and ge66 ("Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or in any way using any part of the ge66 platform — including its website, games, betting markets, and payment services — you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply in addition to any specific rules governing individual promotions, bonus offers, sports betting markets, or game-specific conditions published separately on the ge66 platform. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotional terms, the promotional terms shall apply to the extent of that specific promotion only; all other matters revert to these Terms.

Important Notice

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using ge66. Continued use after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ge66, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age. ge66 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction and reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage of your account's life.
  • You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal persons may not register accounts on ge66.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
  • You must not be an employee, director, officer, or contractor of ge66, or an immediate family member of such a person.
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. If you are unsure whether online gaming is permitted in your location, you are responsible for seeking independent legal advice before registering.

ge66 reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any time. Until verification is complete, ge66 may place restrictions on your account including limits on deposits, withdrawals, or access to certain game types. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player may hold only one active account on ge66. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and cancellation of any pending bonuses.

  • You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. ge66 will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your account details with any third party.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify ge66 support immediately at [email protected]. ge66 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has not exercised reasonable care in protecting their credentials.
  • ge66 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it has reason to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
  • All account communications and official notifications from ge66 will be sent to the email address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to keep your registered email address current and to check it regularly.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification may be required before processing any withdrawal request. Documents typically requested include a government-issued photo ID and proof of the payment method used for deposits. ge66 will clearly communicate what is required and will not withhold funds without providing a documented reason.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

ge66 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected international card methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Players are responsible for any fees charged by their chosen payment provider; ge66 does not add additional transaction fees on its end.

  • Deposits must originate from a payment account held in the name of the ge66 account holder. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account is held by a different person — are not permitted and will trigger a review that may result in account suspension.
  • Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where possible. ge66 may request additional verification before releasing a withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large or where the account has not previously completed a withdrawal.
  • ge66 processes withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider's own processing schedule, your KYC verification status, and any ongoing security review. ge66 will communicate expected timelines where processing is delayed beyond normal periods.
  • ge66 will not process a withdrawal to any payment account that differs from those used for deposits, unless a change of method has been formally approved following a verification review. This policy exists to protect players against unauthorised fund diversion.
  • ge66 reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on transactions that are unusually large, appear inconsistent with a player's normal account activity, or that trigger internal or regulatory risk signals. Players may be asked to provide source-of-funds documentation in such cases.

Deposit Note

All deposits are final once confirmed. Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent deposit activity may result in immediate account suspension and recovery of any winnings generated from disputed funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ge66 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other incentive offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms:

  • Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per offer, per household, and per payment method unless the specific offer states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times using different accounts or payment details constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture.
  • All bonuses carry a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier will be stated in the offer terms. For example, a bonus with a 20x rollover on a ৳1,000 deposit bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Bonuses expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonus balances and any associated winnings will be removed from the account without notice. Players are responsible for noting expiry dates at the time of claiming a bonus.
  • ge66 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if there is evidence that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or in breach of these Terms or specific promotional terms.
  • ge66 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotional offer at any time and for any reason without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses that have already been validly claimed and credited to a player's account prior to the modification.

Bonuses are provided as an incentive to play and are not redeemable for cash independently of the wagering requirement. Players who do not wish to accept a bonus may contact support before making a qualifying deposit to opt out. Once a bonus has been credited and gameplay has begun, the wagering requirement attaches and cannot be removed on request.

6. Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

ge66 is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

  • Providing false identity documents, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your age, identity, or location during registration, verification, or at any subsequent stage of your relationship with ge66.

Violation Consequences

Any breach of the fair use provisions may result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances including deposits, and potential legal action. ge66 will not pay out winnings generated through prohibited conduct under any circumstances.

7. Responsible Gaming

  • Technical disruptions, platform outages, data loss, or errors in game software that are beyond ge66's reasonable control. 11. Amendments to These Terms

ge66 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of ge66 following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be paid out subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided no breach of these Terms has occurred.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of ge66 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts or applicable dispute resolution mechanism as determined by ge66. ge66 will always endeavour to resolve disputes with players fairly and promptly through direct communication in the first instance.
